Every project that we undertake will always have a designated site manager who the client will deal with solely and they will not change for the project duration. They will inform the client of a work schedule and a timescale for completion. They will be tasked:
To carry out work to a high standard
To provide the customer with clear and honest advice
To be transparent and upfront in all of our customer dealings
To be professional in all of our work
Leave a site tidy at the end of each working day
Safety is one of our prime considerations and we follow the industry standards as set out by The Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA). As well as our team being IRATA qualified, all of our equipment meets the stringent health and safety guidelines set out by the industry. We hold public liability insurance and employers insurance.
